That presumption is that Trump is a man vs child . Apologies to the latter. His self-disclosed psychological issues are his justification for threatening to invade a friendly country and NATO member. He is ruled by emotions and intuition vs logic, law and science. His behavior is unacceptable for an elected official in a democracy. His presidency is an existential threat to democracy in this country. We have to work together and cooperate with each other to ensure our Constitution remains intact and the rule of law that is upheld by the legislative branch. Congress must act. Article 25 demands it.
