In some states they can run your plate any time they want. I am not saying it's right, just facts. I am assuming that is what happened and something came back that gave him reason to pull over the car. I don't know, but everyone assumes the worst of cops, but not the criminals. If it was just a traffic stop yeah cop is wrong. Every scenario is just a guess, because no one knows why it happened. Every profession out there has bad people. Just tired of the BS from both sides. If you weren't there and dont know the full story stop putting your opinion out as facts!
