I don't think he is being mean. She seems very confused..possibly dementia or Alzheimer's. She doesn't know to use her walker to get around the truck. He is trying to get her to understand there's more room in the back seat so her ride will be more comfortable. It is very hard to deal with older people who get confused easily. They can become mean, hateful and aggressive. Help if you are able. Adult daycare offers a respite even if just one day a week.
