I know I wouldn't. you never know how they got homeless to begin with and even if you did you'd just find out that he's lazy as fuck or lost his place because of a possible drug addiction. Trust me I've been homeless on the streets and nobody does this, you'll be lucky if you can find a proper shelter let alone having people give you money.
