If they are illegal then they are not citizens FULL STOP! The Constitution does guarantee us the right to PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLE to address our grievances. ICE has been operating like this since 2003, when it was created in response to 9/11. It does have something to do with Biden. 15 million people were allowed into the country. ICE is doing the same job, it's magnified greatly because it's widespread attempting to catch more people. Sprinkle in massive TDS, and we end up with this chaos. Throw in a signal group tracking ICE, gathering hostile people, this is what's happening.
