I work at a hospital and we have a dress code and you can’t have unnatural hair color, your hair has to be pulled back out of your face, you have to cover any tattoos, you can’t have piercings except one hole in your ears, you can’t have fake nails if you work in a clinical area with patients. Hospitals have rules for professionalism reasons. Don’t like it don’t work there.
That’s what they do. Rather than dress respectfully and responsibly and follow rules, they blame race. She never deserved freedoms.
