If stupid gets ran over, the only question I have is "does the car have reverse?". She is impeding law enforcement.. Count 1. then her blocking should be considered False Imprisonment... Count 2. ... Jail would be a safer place for her instead of standing in front of cars. Why I ask if the car has reverse is ICE might have to backup to finish the job if she's still breathing. Stand in front of my car and see if you don't end up with tire tracks on your face.
