A beautiful horse 🐎 Looks like an Arabian. I had an Appaloosa/ TN Walker mix for 15 yrs! Had the look of an App but the gait of the Walker after a bit of training. I wouldn't let him trot; I'd hold back on the reins until he broke into a nice fast single foot. He was only 2 1/2 when I bought him and I wasn't even a good rider, which people say is a bad combination. However, we learned together, and we trusted each other. I could crawl all under him or walk behind him and never worry about him kicking me. I used to lay on a towel in the sun, and he'd come up with a mouthful of grass and drop it on my back and walk right over me without stepping on me. We rode on dirt roads and highways! I got him used to everything, pigs which he was scared of at first, chickens, guinea hens, ponds, traffic, people, etc. We rode in a lot of parades! He'd cut thru a crowd of people and they'd reach out and pet him, and he never broke stride! He was the best horse 🐎💕
