yet looks like the white suv next to the woman's stuck cart is running (tail lights on)- unless that customer is still inside checking out and used auto start on their car - why's that driver not get out to move carriage out of the way🤔? Yet nevermind 🤔😲 a stranger -Young Teenager with a clue and manners did 🌸👍🌸💕
The wheels on that cart are locked, most stores have replaced regular wheels on carts with locking wheels that work with an electronic perimeter underground in the parking lot so they cant take the cart out of the parking lot. The only way to unlock the wheels is with a special remote that the store uses.

Old lady wouldn't need help if she wasn't greedy and tried to buy her out the store. She must be one of those SNAP people, try to spend the whole monthly allowance the day they get it.
Why doesn't she have on a good warm coat. 🧥 It was snowing and appeared to be very cold there, the thin sweater is not warm enough. 😔
