I drove probably over 1,000 t-posts fencing our 340 acre property in the 70's and 80's with a manual post driver. That's probably why I've had surgery on both arms, most recently had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery. 😆

I believe a regular manual post driver would be as easy as lugging that thing and a generator around !

I have one of those but my runs on gas was the best money I've ever spent for a tool.

I have an attachment that works with my battery operated rotor hammer that does the same thing I use it for driving in ground rods. No generator needed.

You have to get used to using any tool. By the end of the day the difference between the electric and a manual would be huge. I'm about his age, everything isn't easy anymore.

Bet he didn’t call 811 either - Doing a simple job like this can get you killed hitting an underground electrical or gas line !!!!!!

I'd put up elec poles ifit meant that I didn't have to slam them in the ground. You would understand that, if you had a couple hundred to do.
