I have noticed that sometimes they show pictures of a young Kylie as Kendall. Kylie did have very thin lips until fillers.

It’s lip filler. Just like Kylie. You can cover their mouths up and compare the rest of their faces without makeup to their teenage faces. They are the exact same minus normal growth with age.
