in 1976 i was plucked off the side of mt Shasta after a terrible fall. After awhile a helicopter came with a guy hanging from ropes from the chopper with a leather strap that was attached to chopper telling me to put it under my arms. im 8 and not in the best shape when we left i remember seeing the tree tops as we flew over i past out came to right when strap is coming off from around me and guys yelling hang on hang on...I past out again figure I was died but woke up as they were wheeling me into hospital..Wish they'd had something like this....
