I had one slam in the back of my car at a red light and he did not get charged for the crime he was 3.5 over the alcohol limit and I am glad my children were not in my car when this happened or I am glad he did not hit another car that had children in their vehicles.

If you come here, you should have to speak English to be able to drive on our roads no matter what you’re driving. You must be able to speak English so that you can communicate with law-enforcement at any time you might have an interaction with one! That’s common sense we’re not gonna spend hundreds of millions of dollars to teach every last law-enforcement officerall the different languages. They need to know for people that are coming here from other countries they should have to know how to speak our language! How do you think they’re gonna understand the signs in the lights?
