I'm not a Mean person but these people have an income, There's a Facility at Lake Street and Central Ave, There are people there that have Mental health problems, These people have incomes, This Facility takes their Check and issues them 60 Dollars a month, This leave these people on the Sidewalk all Day Panhandling, And you give, But you don't have enough to give everyone, Some of them are hungry, Some Smoke and Some just want a Snack or something to eat, But they don't have anything, Because the Facility is Run by State or the Federal Government, And they all of the Money from these people.
We as a people don't look at her and want to help her. We only want to see and point at her imperfections, while we pretend that there are no huge skeletons in our closets too.
This man is a disgusting human being. He should be ashamed. Instead of exploiting, he could get her the orange soda and some food. The man is a total jerk.

I've been to LA when I was driving a truck OTR , I have seen a people like her on the streets , looking for food out of trash cans in DT LA , so sad , I seen this one old lady who had a German shepherd on a leash collar and I was walking down the sidewalk, she was behind a bush as I walked by her she was taking off the leash off the dogs neck the dog passed away right next to where everyone was walking down the sidewalk , she said she had the dog for years and it just passed away , I never felt so bad in my life than to see this homeless womaDTLan taking that collar off her dog . I never seen nothing like that in my entire life until I went DTLA , this was some year ago , the woman was very elderly , and being so long ago , she may not be here no more , God bless h÷r soul and may her and her dog rest in peace , Amen 🙏😭
