This happened in 2016. Tony Timpa. He was having a schizophrenic episode, had consumed cocaine, and the police were restraining him until medics arrived. The ME considered it a homicide because of the stress from being restrained. No criminal charges, but the Timpa family did win a wrongful death suit.
