flip it up drill a small hole in the bottom of the cup holder to release the vacuum created then use a suction cup for glass to pop it out
can literally put a screw in the lid and pull that itch out

Depending on what is made of you can use a magnet for out some type of suction or you can use a lot of tape to pull it out. No need to flip the couch over.

if you wanna get them out, it might be a little messy but punch a hole it the center of the led and another an inch or so away this one bigger. the take a longer bolt and a nut slide the bolt through you're center hole and use the other hole (dangerous part here) to thread the nut onto your bolt, secure 2-3 threads worth and pull.

id just super glue a hand towel onto the top of the lid and let it ser for a few minutes and then gently lift it out using the towel as a grip for a gentle lift.
