now now, think about this u make your delivery, then ur lift breaks. You or your company doesn't have money for a tow or a on site fix. You cant just leave the truck so you decide to get it to a safe destination, so this is the only solution. Like when u see a small car with furniture on top and a couple arms reaching up holding it, just to get it home.... OR.... Looks a little snowy, community service,.... reverse snow plow

The problem is that these days are asking so much from their workers that its hard to concentrate on a single task. IE, this guy is unloading and gets 3 phone calls about his next route, hes not familiar with the area so in frustration he starts trying to Google it, then gets another phone call about another unfamiliar route. Now hes focused on another job,Im not saying it isn't his fault , just saying stuff happens.
