Why are people acting like this is new? I had a friend born this way. They mostly born with underdeveloped female organs. My friend had the surgery as an infant to take off the pens figure, took estrogen to develop the female organs more. But, she was definitely a she. Another friend of mine was chosen to be turned male at birth. When we were teens he dressed as a female and said he wanted a sex change.

You can raise a child however you want, but don’t do any surgeries until later on in life! Just be honest with the child and let them decide when they get older!
If it's one of the very rare messed up, chromosomal issues or chimera issues.where two embryos of different sexes fuse to create one child. then, you don't cut anything off.And you let the child decide at puberty. this is very rare and has nothing to do with the trans debate.
