I tried a different kind of cheese less pizza . it started with pesto , sun dried tomatoes, roasted chicken, red and white onions , red and green bell peppers . it was the best pizza I ever had. it was made at Chicago Pizza in Tucson, Az. I would try it

Back years ago friends took my husband and I too an authentic mom and pop Italian restaraunt in Houston.We had the best pizza ever.It looked just like this one.

I ordered a special pizza from a restaurant called Marcos. When it arrived, it was blood red. I was shocked. There was a 2-inch diameter of cheese. 6 lumps of sausage. 7 pieces of onion. No mushrooms. No green pepper, all listed as ingredients on the menu.
