You're not paying for the water. You're paying for the service that gets it to everyone's shower, toilet, sinks, and everything else. You're paying for the sewer system that hauls everyone's crap away. The filter systems that clean the water to make it drinkable. You can dig your own well on your property and pump it yourself. That's up to the individual.
Everything you are saying is the God honest truth and should be common sense ,a couple of years ago i stopped at a gas station on Hall RD in Sterling Heights,Mi to get gas and air in my tires the air pump was 3$ so as the cashier was giving me my change for air pump I told that air used to affordable or free ,then he said the next thing thats going to inaccessible is water ,i said how in the and the fuck thats wrong, I told him that’s why the common folks need to stand up,God put all these resources here for us all to have and not to pay someone for this
