if know has a mental illness and actually try to hurt them in anyway shape or from you should be thrown in prison for a hate crime people with mental health issues are not like everyone else and so should not be treated like everyone else sometimes they just need a soft hand and sometimes they just need to get a shot in the butt to make to make them go to sleep but you should never use fist to put them to sleep I truly hope they arrested that guy and Walmart gets sued
