This is not Goodwill because Goodwill has all of their clothes hanging up so I must be a garage sale showing this crap
I don’t know what Goodwill outlet you’re going into but the ones I’ve been to clean and disinfect the clothes before they put them on the rack. This has to be fake.

I've been shopping at Goodwill's for close to 30 years and I have never once seen any type of bodily fluids on any of the clothing I've looked at. and I've looked at girls through Mrs through women's I've looked at quilts different blankets and bedding and never once have I seen that. that is totally bizarre that you found that.

I worked for goodwill and the people in back sorting clothes and hanging them don't do quality control and stuff not this bad does get on a hanger and on the floor.

Long ago I worked for Goodwill. They will throw that dirty stuff away and they wash the clothes before hanging to sell.
Unforunately this is truthabout these places. This is the people going through the clothes bags donated and them picking and throwing away what they cant get rid of begore it hita the floor. people are nasty. they just throw all there stuff in bags and drop it off at these places. instead of gping through what they have and throwing away what they know cant be sold

The Goodwill requests you donate clean and gently used items. But some donate dirty laundry. Not your trash! The bins are nasty you should wear gloves and a mask! I think they go from donation straight to bins no one checks them out. If you go to bins again check pants pockets. I found 20$ in pocket of blue jeans there!!!!👍🏼
I always wear silicone gloves and toss before entering my car. I spray everything w 91% isopropol alcohol also.
