The day that I have to run from one of my children is the day that I’ll give them to God because I will be damned if I let any of my kids physically hurt me or walk on eggshells in my house because I’m afraid of one of my children. I’ll be smiling in my mug shot. I’m 37 years old. I can’t stand disrespectful ass children I will hurt one of my children if they ever disrespect me!!!
I feel bad for the whole situation, but there has been times when I’ve had to run to safety to my vehicle in order to get away from my angry son, I’ve driven off with him throwing objects at my car and slamming his body into it, all while im just trying to get away🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 so there saying it’s better for her to be dead than the son? 💕💕it’s seems children have more protection and rights than we do as parents😢😢😢 the man has no idea what she may have been going through!!!! My prayers are with that mom who felt unsafe and afraid of 16year old who only God and them four walls knows the truth. Im a living witness, because I totally threw my grown behind daughter straight out my house and told hrr the cops is on their way. It's a SADD situation.😔 Even though they were arguing over his cellphone, she didn't have to drive out the yard at full speed and then took off full speed. If she was scared of her son, all she had to do was call the police and sit in the car until they came. As for some of these comments about how she raised her son doesn't have anything to do with this situation. We as parents can raise our children the right way and the best we know how and they still will think they're grown, talk back and even buck up at you. We don't know all of what took place inside the house until coming outside. Why speak on other people's children when you don't know anything about this woman or her child. SMH! Our own kind will be so quick to speak on other people's children but when it comes to theirs, it's a problem.

So very sad for this young man loosing his life. However, these young boys grow bigger than their mom @ that age. Raising his voice @ his mom over a cell phone and jumping on the vehicle, who knows, she may have been afraid of this kid. These children can also be very disrespectful and violent toward the parent sometimes. Hopefully, it was just an accident, not intentional harm/ death.. 🙏🙏

That video showed the person in the car fleeing, with a child climbing onto the vehicle. That’s all I can see. These children are addicted to their phones. They assault teachers, parents, and anyone else who tries to discipline their usage. It’s impossible to draw any conclusions based on the limited video. It’s tragic the son died.
Im not sure about this one. The kid isnt acting like a kid and jumped on the car, what did he expect to happen.

I am pretty sure she did not intentionally hurt her child. That’s 16 year old ran out to her car and actually jumped on that car. Somethings going wrong in that home for him to think that it was OK to do this in the first place. I hate that young man is not with us anymore, but it’s obvious that kid didn’t mind going up against his Momma and that’s not right. Praying for healing in the family.

That father has no love for his child's mom. Clearly the son was out of line, and Mom was trying to discipline her son! Idt I would've ran from my child tho, we would've had to go toe to toe!
She doesn’t deserve that, unfortunately, he made the choice to jump on the hood. She was trying to get away. He was aggressive. No one wants to lose a child, but his behavior would have lead to death by another. She didn’t tensionally run him over.

It’s too bad that we don’t start teaching people emotional regulation instead of suppression… maybe these young boys would know how to sit with uncomfortable emotions instead of putting themselves in these fatal situations due to lack of empathy and discipline. You can’t know how to teach emotional attunement as a mom if you weren’t taught it as a child yourself. It’s all so unfortunate because people don’t even recognize that they have emotionally neglected themselves or their children because it’s handed down through generations. Emotional suppression and the wrong personality type can lead to explosive actions in a teenager with little to no ability to have impulse control. I hope that everyone in society starts to figure this out soon. RIP. Glad Mom is OK.💔
