when people bring the stupid frivolous lawsuits like this against people they should be fined $10,000 for wasting the Court's time and the person they're suing should be awarded $5,000 for wasting their time. maybe people would learn how to pick their battles better and how to grow the hell up and act like adults and problem solve. for heaven's sake's a tantrum throwing 2-year-old can problem solve better.

Oh my goodness! My neighbor used to go out around 5:00 am and crank his diesel fueled truck to warm it up in the winter. That thing woke me up every morning. Yes it was annoying but I never even thought of speaking to him about it. His wife had to get to work. He did this every morning for her.🥰
