A car ran a red light .I was turning and hit her. She was also speeding. She threw her arms up inthe air and told the cop she was trying to beat the light. Im pretty sure they knew each other. He was laughing with her. He did not give her a ticket. I had to pay my deductible so my insurance would fix my car. There are crooked cops everywhere but their are some good ones.

Gentleman in that truck ( off duty officer) I commend you for standing up for your rights and not being intimidated by some bully cop who feel that pulling over to answer a phone call is illegal and interfering withhiss traffic stop. He should be glad you pulled over to answer the call, instead of driving and talking on the phone at the same time and not creating any distraction or causing an accident.
