I met Robin Williams in Mill Valley CA back in 1984. I was just 17. He was a regular at the Mill Valley Book Depot/Coffee house. You could find him reading the paper and drinking his morning coffee there. I went into the restroom and as im standing at the urinal I look to my left and its Robin Williams using the one to my left. He saw my facial expression and immediately goes into this funny character saying Oh My God, I peed next to Robin Williams at a coffee shop. 🤣 I laughed so hard it was a good thing I had a place to pee. A few days later when I was at the shop I saw him reading his paper. I walked over to him and thanked him for his private comedy skit. He laughed and said no one will ever believe that I peed next to him and I said thats okay, I know I did. That is a true story. I was a kid from Minnesota who was spending the summer with one of my older brothers who lived in Mill Valley. He was an absolute genius when it came to comedy. Such a tragic ending he had.
