its aluminum foil on the open stack he is just thawing them out before opening them & everyone saying you can cook them like that stop lieing plastic melts you might be able to boil them but the flames would clearly melt the plastic he leaves it for a short time since their frozen they can withstand some heat but once they thawed he puts them on aluminum to then place each on the grill to be cooled
