Obama informed Congress before his actions. Trump did not. He acted unilaterally, bypassing Congressional notification... and, thereby, the American Peoples' representatives. As a former USAF Officer, I find that troubling that a president won't keep our representative aware and informed of his intentions. It tells me that he either knows they are illegal, or, at least, unacceptable, or doesn't care. Either way, that's not leadeship; it's stealthy, behind-the-scenes chicanery unbefitting a president of these United States. If you support that kind of president, then don't complain when he does something that comes back to bite you in the ass... like put us at war.

Obama didn’t get direct congressional authority but the action was justified under the existing Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), which Congress passed in September 2001 after the 9/11 attacks. Way before he was in office. Yes, Obama did invade Libya but he didn’t kill him because while President Obama authorized the U.S. involvement, it was local NTC fighters who physically captured and killed Gaddafi. Obama later acknowledged that the failure to prepare for the aftermath of the intervention was the "worst mistake" of his presidency, as it led to a power vacuum and chaos in the country. You see how he was able to admit his wrong doing and own it. Your Dictator can’t and could never fix his lips to own a mistake. I wonder what he’ll say at the end of his term.
