If you watch the bases as these trees fall, many are rotten and hollow. Safety hazard near buildings - see the one that fell apart almost falling on tourists. Plus most are part of a regeneration cut. Harvesting older trees that are growing slowly allows new or younger trees to replace them. They grow more vigorously which in turn takes in more CO2 and give off more O2. As a forester this is legitimate tree felling.

So they cut down all the trees, what do they expect to use for air???? Grass doesn't make enough air for us all!! And trees actually scream to be left to grow and produce oxygen!!! I suppose nobody cares anymore!! Apparently there's only a handful of people that actually think about air to breathe, shade from the sun, protection from the elements!!!
