My daughter and I were at a restaurant(red lobster). My daughter came back and quietly told me, that they were out of things in the ladies room. And we need to go to the store now.(we just ordered our food.) I told her to hang on, I went to our waitress and pulled her aside. And quietly told her what the problem was. After a few minutes, she came back, slid into the booth next to me and quietly under the table handed me, what my daughter needed. And then quietly gave it to my daughter. The waitress told me it’s a good thing. A lot of women work here. Quietly talking to my daughter told my daughter you have a great dad. She said I know I love him. When we left, I left her a good size tip about 25% or more. The waitress truly did go above and beyond.
😂 I kept a 45, a fifth of liquor. a double barrel 12 guage, 2 pairs of my daughters socks, 2 pairs of underwear, 2 pairs of pants n shorts, shirts, shoes, pads, tampons, and I ALWAYS KEEPT A PACKAGE OF LITTLE HERSHEY BARS. Daddies with daughters should ALWAYS BE PREPARED for any situation his baby might be in. Keep an emergency backpack packed for your baby and the possibility of another child that may need it.
God bless that Dad!!! When we are young, it is hard to speak about normal human functions. In my household, we NEVER spoke about it. It felt shameful growing up. Thank goodness this little girl felt so comfortable and Dad was so awesome!!
I need pads with wings- dad shows up with pads and a bucket of chicken wings 😆
Hell I want even told about a period from anyone in my household. I learned about it from a man in our school named Mr. James. He was substitute teacher very well known in the community. Very crafty. Came up with an organization name the "Together Sisters". A bunch of young woman from both sides of the track, different worlds but respected each other because of that man. Teaching us young girls what our parents didn't.
I had a hysterectomy in 95 and about 15 years ago a young lady approached me in a public bathroom asking if I had a pad/tampon. I didn’t. Since that day, however, I have carried one of each in my purse and a few in my car, in case it ever happened again. It hasn’t 🤷♀️😆
Awesome parents!! My poor daddy came back with 3 different types of pads and 3 different types of tampons bc he didn't know what to get! He came home with bags and said well "you've def got options hunny"! 😂
If only this was the type of Dad that ALL little girls had ❤️
I remember giving my dad the specifics of the pads I needed from the commissary one time. He looked at me and said "this is not burger kind. yoh cannot special order." that was so funny. I miss him every day!
both mom n dad are about that good life! she's a lucky girl to have such attentive n loving parents. I must say that he is also one of a kind. love this! 🥰💕🥰🌸
That's a great dad. He didnt stress out and stayed calm. Great job dad
❤️ hey this stuff is scary for us dads, what a great way it went down.
This dad's tuned in. You can kinda tell they'll always have a fine relationship.
I made my girls a period purse everything they need for it is in there .. even what I call period food. so when they need a refill they let me know. even wipes cause it's much needed
my dad was like this guy - & he encouraged his friends with daughters to be the same way. Miss you, Dad 🙏
I love that the first question he asks is, do you got to poop? this was always my first question when my kids said their tummy hurt. great job Dad and Mom
I give the Dad a 100 for understanding his daughter 's situation most males don't it's part of life .Their should be more Father's like him💕💕
what a great girl dad!! that is a little girl that will always be comfortable talking to her dad. 💕
"that's why you're the wife!" love it!
That’s how it’s supposed to work 🥰 no shame or embarrassment 🥰just good parenting 🥰
I'm male and I was taught always have tampons and pads hair ties and Bobby pins in the glove box at all times
Yay dad, ‘the wife’ and daughter for treating her period as just a conversation and not something as taboo.🥰🥰🥰
It is so wonderful that she felt comfortable talking to her dad and telling him what she needed AND he didn’t freak out. He felt comfortable getting her help. Not all Dads can do that! This is a great dad!!
My late husband would scream across the grocery store asking if I needed heavy flow or normal. I would Crack up, but respond out loud. Other patrons would be laughing too. Luckily, our daughter was young, otherwise, he most definitely would have embarrassed the skin off of her. I try to pull the prank on my daughter, but it's not the same. I moss that man so much. 🥰😂
You just let her know you have her back & you’ll always be there, no judgement 👍🏼🥰
my husband always carries extra tampons in his backpack for me because my T.O.M never comes on a regular schedule so i never know when it's actually gonna start. Im thankful he does that for me because usually it's the worst time and place when my period decides to come!
🥰❤️ She's a daddy's girl,great relationship
Good Dad! Daughter felt comfortable enough to talk with him.
This is amazing for both parents.
Why are they posting this on social media??? I swear. People are f’d up.
lol 4 daughters older sister only 18 months older than my twin and I baby sister 3 years younger! Imagine my poor father only one full bathroom ! He finally built one in basement and a tv room for himself lol of course we all including mom became on the same cycle 😂😂 He’d go down to the gas station where his buddies hung out to use bathroom actually started working part time the owner finally hung a sign about the men’s room “Carls throne “ 😆😆😆
Mom's are awesome 💕💕💕💕💕
Good job, Dad! Your daughter trusts you enough to talk to you about something deeply personal. Keep found what you're doing.
the thing I don't understand is these are your kids your wife's are gf are friends go threw this it's a part of life like no reason to be embarrassed about it at all lol
what a great dad
What great parents, dad did an awesome job with the situation.Glad to see good parenting
Now you need to find a store where she can run into a bathroom but what a nice dad that is so sweet
he handled that perfectly
I always keep extras in my glove box, in the middle console and in the back side box. As a woman you just never know when and where you're going to need them and I don't carry a purse persay. I carry a cross body wallet and they don't fit inside so I keep them in my vehicles.
What a wonderful daddy. She feels comfortable enough to talk to him about everything.🌸 And btw, that’s why she’s the MOMMA.💕
Great great Dad🌸💕
thanks dad for NOT being weird about something Natural and Uncontrollable.
🥰😆loved how calm he was with her...and said thank God there's a WIFE🥰👍🙏🙏🙏
Good man! Solved the "what if" situation and showed no fear.
not that I didn’t want to help, but I was told nothing about this or anything else important. 🤔
The only time we can possiblely know the exact time of the month our menstral will come is when we are on birth control. Without birth control our menstral will say surprise even the cramps will sometime come and no menstral
Great Dad! Mom’s on the ball, everyone is cool about it. Great family.
Cool dad!
That is a happy, emotionally healthy adult in the making thanks to good parenting
ok funny my father was sent to the store to get pads ( many years ago) and he was apparently flustered. He asked for snapper covers! omg! Definitely having three girls and coming from a family with four sons, he was not quite ready.
When I first got my period, I was raised by my Nan, and we were in like JC Penny or something and they only had tampons with the cardboard and I had no idea what to do with it, so I hobbled around that damn store with the applicator in. Growing into being a woman is so cool.
Good job dad!!🥰👍
😆 That's the first thing I say when my kids say their stomach hurts you gotta boo boo lmao
My Husband is just like that but he would say OKK hold onnnn call your maaaa where Is the nearest store don't talk I got you 😆😆😆😆
my daddy and I don't have a problem talking about that kinda stuff lol 🤣 he lives in a household full of females I feel sooo sorry for him sometimes hahaha 🤣💕I love my daddy he's the bestest Daddy for me that I could have ever asked for!🙏🙏🙏
my dad showed us pictures of people with scyphilis and gonorrhea....so he had no problem talking about these things...Lord how I Miss him 💕
I carry a pouch full of tampons, pads, wipes and all that. never know when you or someone else will need a Lil help. be prepared.
lol i carry a bag with everything anyone could need with me. My girls call it t mary poppins bag. Their friends even know about the mary poppins bag lol
How great is all of this help understanding and the easy conversation especially about this topic and the dad and mom’s prep
Who wouldn't think to check the glovebox or center console before calling Mom.🤔
He sounds panicked. 😆
I had that same relationship with my Dad
My step mom just threw a box a tampons at me thats it i help from my friends mom i cried and cried and a prayed and prayed and then said to myself i would never treat my daughter like that if i would have one. She was sooooo not a mom ugh
