HOT

Heart of Palm is great if you want to try it you can buy it in a can at your local grocery store. When I lived in Costa Rica I had several Palms at my home. I had to have one removed. the person who took it down did the job free so he could have the heart. Don't scoff at what you don't know.

Swamp cabbage it is absolutely delicious if you cook it right. We have a swamp cabbage festival down here in Labelle Florida every year the best way to cook. It is to fry it.

Taking the heart, will that kill it? If not, then, will it grown another heart? What does it taste like? Does it taste like chicken? That is what they tell us everything tastes like when it's not part of the normal American diet. It looks like a sliced up pineapple on a stick.

hearts of palm a south American, Central American staple. they are like artichokes I'd say. but better. Brasil cans the best in my opinion. not over cooked over soft. still a bit crisp.

I had the privilege of enjoying HEART OF PALM during a trip in the Amazon River basin. To date, it was the best meal I've ever had. Our local cook would go off into the rainforest a d return to our camp, and return with an array of vegetables, one being HEART OF PALM. DEFIES DISCRIPTION.

Native Floridians call it Swamp Cabbage. It is delicious cooked. 5 ⭐️ restaurants call it Heart of Palm (It is the heart of a Palmetto Palm). They put it in salads. It’s delicious that way as well.

That is a Bamboo Sprout! I've watched other videos on YouTube when they harvest these. This is a really nice size one and should bring this person some good money where he/she lives.
