I have had tons or barrel horses in my life, but only one had this temperament. great horse 🐎 I absolutely adore them.
I had a mustang who would stop and wait rolling her eyes at me for falling off but she just wanted and when my little daughter was about 3/4 she dragged a step up to get on the horse and it made alot of noise and dust and Chase just froze in place even while my daughter was standing under her. I was watching out the kitchen window and did want to scare either one of them so I just froze and watched as my daughter worked her way to getting up on Chase and she was so proud. In my eyes she was the best horse in the world!!!

i used to do that. not that much kicking legs. my horse would wait, until i was almost set... then start out with her worst trot. kept looking at me. could almost her 💕 laugh. the she was happy. we would have a nice shirt ride. miss her.
