That’s not at all why Christens avoid pork and not all Christens avoid pork. What God has made clean is clean. Acts chapter 10. Why do they say you must cook pork all the way, you can’t have it medium rare, pig don’t sweat so it retains a lot of bacteria! But to answer this they drowned themselves which is suicide , he says he is the living water , but banished evil to the bottom of the waters
Some of the laws/rules were for the benefit of the people. Pigs back in biblical times were ridden with parasites etc and very unhealthy to eat. There was a law against eating strangled animals, the blood in animals carried all sorts of germs etc.
Christians in the vast majority do not have a problem eating pork.

I don’t know of any Christians who avoids any type of meat or food unless it’s for health reasons or it’s just something they don’t like. Everyone has a preference of what foods they want to eat. All meat /food was made clean. Jesus declared all foods clean in Mark 7:19, where he states that what enters a man from outside cannot defile them, as it goes into the stomach and is eliminated.

read the bible dude, God said you shall not eat pigs because they are unclean animals Deuteronomy 14:8 and Leviticus 11:7-8 it has nothing to do with no demon spirits going inside of them

God didn't tell us to not eat pigs because he cast them into the pigs he told us not to eat pigs because it was unhealthy for us and he knew that all the things that would happen if we ate pigs because back then we didn't have the things that we have now come on you guys are ridiculous
Pigs were (are) hosts to 6 different types of parasitic worms plus several other organisms. So, the idea that pigs were inhabited by demons was not a myth.

GOD told the Hebrews not to eat pork in the old testament.

That’s not why Christians avoid pork. In the Levitical law, it talks about the kinds of meat that are clean to eat and unclean and pigs are unclean because of the way they digest their food. Their flesh is filthy.

Most Christians don't avoid eating pork even though they should. Pork is unclean to begin with, your stomach can't digest pork because it doesn't have the enzymes needed. Not to mention the chemicals used to cure bacon that cause colon cancer. God said don't eat swine and that's good enough for me.
