Well doesn't surprise me at all. Putin tries to push Russia as a World Leader and Power. Its all hype from him, he knows his country sucks, military has been exhausted by this stupid war of his, equipment weapons, ammo etc...is depleted. Their other weaponry is old and outdated. The biggest thing is the thousands of lives lost because of his ego and greed. So why should the elected officials be any different.
