That’s the thing! Cops don’t actually know the penal codes! They just guess to what is closest to the crime! As you can see here! They thought arson was burning something intentionally! But he was on his own property! That’s not arson! Unfortunately! 😂 So the cop just proved that he didn’t know the actual law as he’s supposed to! And it shows how cases can get overturned or thrown out because of cops poor judgment skills! How tax payers have taxes raised due to lawsuits that the police cause that the state has to pay out for lawsuits for wrongful arrests and convictions!
