How has business model changed since FLSA 1938, but pay model didn't keep up with business. Buisness & companies has changed business models dramatically, but pay is still hourly. How have we not gone into a different pay model such as % pay instead of hourly. You would have more care into companies if paid by % and Bezos wouldnt net pay 100 mil and workers can live.😲😲

I am the owner of a business and I work tirelessly so I really dont believe this concept... this depiction is only for the few.

Anyone who believes this should try starting their own business. They would quickly learn how much work it takes to run a business. The smarter move is to own stock in a business that someone is willing to run.

That’s literally how capitalism works. I did enjoy the demonstration, tho. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever seen it put like that. 👍🏼

Open a business hot shot if you think it’s so easy. Simpleton.

the fact is, is that the owner takes ALL the risk. if the.company fails, he loses everything. the rest can get new jobs. takes longer to grow a business

Maybe in a socialist economy. My company owner works more hours and days a week then our top manager. Our top manager works more hours per week than any two workers combined.

Take the financial and emotional risk to start a company and you can pay your employees the same salary you pay yourself. Problem solved.

Not the same level or responsibility. Worker works a shift and goes home. I manage people and work 70 hours a week. My boss is there before and after me. And the leader of my organization never stops.

This post was clearly made by the worker. It’s dead wrong.
