I don't know whose bright idea it was to place those yellow bulbs where the handicap need to use their wheelchairs, walkers or canes but they are deadly. It's almost impossible for me to take my walker to the bus stop because of them.

I hate those yellow bumps so much. If you have your elbows on the cart, you will get bruises on your arms.. I let go with the cart and push it about five times. How many people that are blind find those bumps useful? Just saying.
Usually, it's the cart that has the weebles wobble, but they dont fall down.

It’s those crazy yellow little bumps whatever you call them. they’re really hard and your cart sometimes tries to tip. I know when I take a scooter it’s horrible. It feels like it’s gonna tip over so it’s not him. It’s those yellow little bumpy things.
