There is a Product called Root Rot. I bought a bottle, but haven't used it yet. I have researched getting rid of Tree Stumps. Many people suggest using Salt poured into holes that need to be drilled in the stump. Also recommended is the use of Epsom Salt. I found this info on YouTube. Having someone come in to do Stump Grinding is a bit spendy.

Leave the stump 5’ high. Attach chain to top of stump. Pull from multiple directions with rigging or use a tractor or truck to pull. Stump and large roots are out. Backfill hole and move on. The greater the diameter the higher the stump. With a lever big enough, you can move the whole world.
