Well, that might explain why some of my canned goods come dented, and I call the company of the product and explained that I received a dented product and that I would like it replaced and normally I get a replacement product or coupons for a new one at the store so look at the numbers on the back or bottom of the cans and give them a call

They sound like empty boxes to me. You never know what's in these boxes though. Some things might be fragile. Of all the packages I've had delivered from Amazon, I've only received one item damaged. That was the fault of the person packing the box and not the delivery driver. They put a large bottle of laundry soap onto a box with a toy in it, damaging the box.
