LMMFAO....I know this works in: colorado, Texas ,New Mexico ,Utah Wyoming, some parts of so cal, Arizona, and Washington...I've done because I was homeless needing money to get cigarettes and bus transportation...IF THERE WAS A SERVICE TO HELP THE HOMELESS GET AROUND TO DRS APPTOINTMENTS AND MAYBE INTERVIEWS ... I would not have had to test it out... next time you see someone u think is homeless (and not psychotic) how bout asking if u can help in anyway( 8 out of 10 are gonna say no because it hurts to have to say yes please to a total stranger BUT to be offered or even approached with assistance helps mentally)
