They wanted her to die or at least be beaten almost to death before she could protect herself. The self defense laws in this country need to be updated and increased because right now it’s more for the criminals than the innocent. Ask them why and they will tell you criminals have rights to. Yeah they have the right to die if you interfere or cross that line of someone else’s life. No one should be charged for shooting or doing whatever they have to, to protect themselves and their loved ones. How does a criminal have more rights than any one else?

There's so much more to this, just because he broke. It does not justify a lethal threat to him. It does not say whether she killed him or even shot him just that she drew her gun. People have restraining orders for stupid stalking, or even extreme disagreements does not necessarily mean it's lethal or necessary to be lethal
