I know what happens to the flour coating that falls off my chicken while frying. I just don’t think adding all that flour to the oil will stick to my chicken like magic lol. I think it will settle to bottom and make burnt crispy flour grit.

🤦🏽‍♀️You can fry chicken without flour which is call unbreaded… I’ve never did this above…make sure you grease is hot enough before adding the meat to the pan.
