This has happened to me, it's a bet or game the wait staff pull on the customers NO I tip well!! Get up and follow the food back to where ever it goes, "I only eat when I'm hungry", by then the manager's right behind and food is returned or cold and I get it replaced

That is where you get up and walk out without paying ( if you don't get to eat you don't have to pay) and make a Police Report. After which you do a Google Review. Hit-em where it hurts, the Pocket Book. If an owner or manager puts up with this behavior, they will eventually loose business. You do not play with someone's food.
