This is why you should not be allowed to drive a car in the United States unless you can speak and READ the English language. Traffic laws are in place to keep people alive but they can’t be followed if they can’t be read and understood.

so states give out license tests in alot of different languages and people pass them no problem there is a cdl test too that has been cheated why unfortunately that family died there's no test for someone to drive a cmv (10000 lb over for a business) so like a box truck or landscaping truck and trailer etc... he will be put out of service and possibly fined
