That’s one way to do it, for sure; when you need to cut out A LOT of pieces at the same time. And it’s done that way with leather (or whatever fabric is used) in making shoes as well. I had a friend who had unmatching feet, so when she’d go shoe shopping, she’d frequently try on as many pair of shoes of the same size pairs of shoes as the store had in her size (7-1/2 A), sometimes six or seven pair. That would give her two shoes that actually FIT both her feet, but not necessarily from the same box. I hope that makes sense —

look at all of the scraps of fabric. I hope they recycle. The clothing industry is one of the biggest land fill contributers.
