was coming home from work as normal. I live in a rural country community passing through several towns on my commute, I usually see a special needs school bus on my time schedule, unloading a young lady in her chair. as I sat waiting adjusting my radio, I saw the two attendees and parent jumping around all frantic. they didn't lock the chair in place on the ramp. just before it hit the ground she rolled off sideways with her heavy electric scooter laying on top. I sprung to action, three leaps and pulled that chair off only to see this young lady laughing at the fun ride. my heart was sick but was instantly refreshed as she was fine . not even a scratch. the sad thing was, not one of the other several me, me only people in vehicles, even bothered to asked if she was ok.. her name is Milla, she is 12 yrs old, her dog pooh is there waiting everyday. mom and the driver wave as we past in time.
so public buses have lifts, he didn't do anything extraordinary
