Cops are good people and don't go out of their way to hurt people, just enforce laws. People that hate and resist law enforcement are idiots that should be jailed.

My kids and I were riding down the road one afternoon, radio up loud and singing our hearts out together when I was pulled over and surrounded by 4 marked cars. I had no idea wth was happening. Turns out an off duty officer passed us as I was taking a drink from a 16oz Pepsi and he thought it was a Bud light! I let them do their search, we all had a good laugh and then I thanked them for caring that much about my kids. Two of those kids are now adults and police officers themselves. Thank you to the men and women who do this job everyday!!!!

Wouldn’t she still have to be tested for blood alcohol levels before facing a serious DUI charge? Driving with an opened bottle is a violation but not proof of impairment. The cop prob planted a bottle to support her wishful observation .

Evidently a poor girl is under suspicion for something, and are just trying to get something on her. I hope it turns out well for her because the cops are masquerading their intentions with faucets. I hope they get sued and loose.
Just go watch the video on YouTube . She had alcohol, weed, and a vape. She is 18 yrs. old. She's not old enough to have any of those items. The video is long!

That was an absolute violation of her civil rights! That cop said there was a bottle in the door when she opened it. If that were the case the officer failed at her duties by not addressing it right then. Now the bait she used to search is trash! That cop should be put on the Brady List and lose her job. There is 100% a lawsuit here!

Sorry, Cops are not your friend! They are a revenue collection agency. Their primary job is to write tickets and raise revenue thru fines. They can no longer stop crimes, but they spend lots of time writing reports! Do not ever engage in "friendly" conversation with a cop that stops you, since the Supreme Court has affirmed they can lie to get you to incriminate yourself, which they are trained to do! You cannot win!
The officer said she saw a bottle in the door. It should be on camera, if she did. Do not consent to a search. They will look for anything and everything so they don’t have to admit they were wrong.
