Everyone in the south doesn't speak, and not everyone in the north is rude. it's a mixture of people, who have lost their family values. in the north and south. Get it together, black folks. Don't lose, what our ancestors fight, so hard for us to reserve.
yes yes, I moved to Ohio from Indy and it was a shock to my system but in a GREAT WAY! I NEVER believed there was nice people, wholesome loving caring friendly non toxic people!! My 1st whole month everywhere I went people waved and smiled, the stores people are friendly and chatty! I cried everyday out and about! like what I feel like I went to another dimension. It still catches me off guard esp if I'm having a bad day, I'll go out on pourpose cause the wholesomeness resets me. At work it's like family. We hug , say I love you be safe help each other .. Im ina small village rural type area and couldn't be happier.
most people from up North do have a little arrogance about them but that's just the way they have to be sometimes they have their troubles up north like we do down south but they eventually come around I was in the military I met a lot of people from a lot of places some people had it hard from where they came so that's just the way they have to be it's some people down south like that too it's more common now didn't used to be but that being said One Love to everyone

I'm from the North. I was raised a hello and goodbye hurts no one. It's common for me to hold the door if I'm at it first. I guess I'm just friendly and I sat on the porch with Gonga all the time and she didn't mind anyone business just as I don't. I've got my own issues to deal with.

Nah, I do not agree w/ her. First of all, all ppl are not the same no matter where they come from or which direction they come from. I'm from the north & moved here to the south, & I was always taught respect & to treat ppl the same way you want to be treated. Me, myself I act & treat ppl accordingly no matter where they are from. If you act & treat me w/ kindness & respect, I'll do the same. You've got to give respect & kindness, to get it back. Ppl have bad days & will probably be mean muggin', but just know a person's story & don't judge them until you know what is going on or what they are going thru. Mainly, you can't expect someone who is from the north, east, or west or wherever they're from to treat you, talk to you, or whatever just b/c you're from the South. You treat each other w/ respect & the same.
