I’d be waiting for the station wagon owner so I could send video to them, the ladies insurance may not cover parked vehicle damage, but grandmas sure should cover it, by insurance or out of pocket for intentional property damage 🤔
Maybe that car was parked in a Handicap spot and she is handicap so was annoyed they also parked inconveniently too close to her spot - but still NOT A REASON TO DING ANOTHER CAR DUE TO ANGER OR INCONVENIENCE!! Hopefully the guy with the camera took her license number and put it with a note under the dinged car’s windshield wiper!!!

A lady hit my car in a parking lot and drove to the other side of a lot. A young man got a picture of her license and damage on her vehicle. I was waiting for the police and he drove up and told me he saw her. The officer found her and made her come outside. There was over 3$ thousand dollars in damages to my car. Be a good neighbor. See something , say something.
