When she took the wallet out of her pocket, she pushed it in the shelf then she went back and got it. Some people need their wrist, fingers and arms, completely broken off. They don’t need them anymore. I don’t understand why she didn’t feel her presence touch her.

separate your money, keep purses zipped and in front of you like a crossbody or fanny pack. always look around. if people gather stop what you are doing and move away. don't keep important items in a pocket. stop trusting people who are STRANGERS. 👍
What they do is they slowly get closer to you or they may touch you so that your body gets used to being touched and then they strike. With her being a female and the other woman, being a female that makes it a lot less threatening. A friend of mine told me this that used to be a pickpocketer, it's a technique that they use. They also have a person that they will hand stuff off to. So if they are searched, nothing will be found on them. Or like in this case, they will stick it in a shelf and retrieve it later so nothing will ever be found on them. Or they will someone else will come up behind them and pick up the item and walk off.
